Dr. Chalise serves as the Head of Research Operations, overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of research projects to ensure quality and ethical compliance. He completed his Ph.D. in Health Sciences from The University of Tokyo and later worked as a research fellow at Appalachian State University. He currently serves as an advisor and consultant for the World Health Organization and the Government of Nepal.
